Compensation Rewards

- Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
- Performance Bonuses: Upside tied to division growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
The Mission: What You’ll Accomplish
You are the bridge between a massive vision and flawless execution. You will take full ownership of the commercial machine, ensuring our agents stay in their "Zone of Genius" while you handle the rest.
- System Architecture: You won't just follow a manual; you’ll write it. You will audit, build, and optimize our digital infrastructure, integrating AI and cutting-edge tech to 10x our team's capacity.
- Transaction Mastery: Own the deal flow from LOI to Closing. You are the guardian of the deadlines, the master of due diligence, and the reason why no ball is ever dropped.
- Marketing Command: Ensure our assets dominate the market. You’ll oversee listings on CoStar,
- LoopNet and Crexi, ensuring our brand looks as professional as our results.
- Elite Leadership: You will lead, mentor, and hold accountable a team of Virtual Assistants. You set the standard for excellence and ensure the "administrative engine" never stalls.
- The "Shadow" Advantage: You anticipate needs before they are spoken. You clear the path for our agents, removing friction and mental clutter so the team can focus on winning deals.
Qualifications:
- Commercial Real Estate operations ( but not required).
- High-level project management and operational leadership.
- The Fixer Mentality: You don't bring problems to the table; you bring solutions and the data to back them up.
- Tech Obsessed: You are fluent in CRMs, transaction platforms, and AI-driven automation.
- High EQ + Low Ego: You lead with confidence but serve the team’s mission first. You are calm in the chaos and have a high capacity to get stuff done. You crave more… more results and more opportunity.
- Financial Literacy: You are comfortable with payroll, data accuracy, and the "dollars and cents" of a high-volume business.
