Operations Delivery Manager - Datacentre Managed Services

Join a leading global technology integrator with 20+ years' experience delivering end-to-end connectivity solutions across structured cabling, data centres, and managed services.\n\nThis role would be visiting and managing the managed services on sites from West and North London locations, so accesible to commute to these locations are crucial. \n\nRole Overview\n\nYou will lead Operations Service Delivery across key enterprise and financial services clients, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, and service quality are consistently met. Acting as the primary delivery and escalation point, you'll work closely with account managers, stakeholders, and onsite teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\n* Lead, manage, and develop technical and service delivery teams \n* Ensure high-quality delivery across managed services and project work \n* Own SLA performance, governance, and ITIL-based service processes \n* Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting \n* Oversee recruitment, development, and succession planning \n* Drive customer satisfaction and continual service improvement (CSIP) \n* Support pre-sales activity and contribute to strategic direction \n* Ensure compliance with industry standards, tools, and accreditations \nRequirements\n* Strong leadership experience in service delivery environments \n* Background in data centres and structured cabling \n* Experience managing projects, budgets, and stakeholders \n* Strong ITIL knowledge and understanding of BAU support models \n* Experience in regulated environments (e.g.
