The successful candidate will inspire and develop technical teams, embed best-in-class health and safety practices, and ensure infrastructure performance that meets the highest global standards.

You will bring:

• A strong background in senior engineering or operations leadership within 24/7, revenue-critical settings (e.g. data centres, large-scale industrial, utilities, or complex built environments).
• A deep technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, maintenance regimes, and asset lifecycle management.
• Proven success in leading high-performing teams through change and growth.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness.
• Relevant engineering and health & safety qualifications.
