Are you an experienced Project Operations Manager with a strong main contractor / general contractor background and a proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects?

\n

We’re recruiting for a senior site leadership position on a major international data centre project in Frankfurt, with overall responsibility for coordinating construction operations across a complex, multidisciplinary site.

\n

\n

The Role:

\n

You’ll take ownership of:

\n

\n
• Overall site construction operations and delivery

\n

• Multidisciplinary coordination across CSA, MEP and enabling works

\n

• Site planning, logistics, mobilisation and resource management

\n

• Construction sequencing and target programme development

\n

• Coordination of internal teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners

\n

• Site walks, risk management and operational issue resolution

\n

• EHS, quality and Right First-Time initiatives

\n

• High-risk activities including lifting operations, temporary works and controlled operations

\n

• Collaborative planning, Last Planner and Whiteboard/DABS processes

\n

• Commercial awareness, scope changes and change management

\n

• Client and supply chain relationships

\n

• Site actions, constraints and recovery planning

\n

\n

\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n

\n
• Engineering degree or recognised trade qualification

\n

• 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects

\n

• Strong main/general contractor experience

\n

• Proven multidisciplinary construction leadership

\n

• Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) packages

\n

• Good understanding of MEP interfaces

\n

• Experience leading large teams and managing supply chain partners

\n

• Strong construction planning, sequencing and logistics experience

\n

• Excellent H&S, quality and commercial awareness

\n

• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills

\n

• Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable

\n

\n

\n
