We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily low-voltage operations within a fast-paced data center environment. This position is responsible for leading technicians, coordinating project activities, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for low-voltage installations and maintenance within a data center.

\n

• Lead, coach, and support technicians to ensure quality workmanship and productivity.

\n

• Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and project priorities to meet customer deadlines.

\n

• Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.

\n

• Conduct quality inspections of completed work and resolve installation or operational issues.

\n

• Collaborate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.

\n

• Track project progress, labor hours, materials, and operational metrics.

\n

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple projects.

\n

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and inventory control.

\n

• Support commissioning activities and turnover documentation as required.

\n

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, efficiency, and team performance.

\n

• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a data center environment.

\n

• Experience overseeing low-voltage or structured cabling projects.

\n

• Knowledge of copper and fiber optic cabling, cable management, rack and stack, and data center infrastructure.

\n

• Experience coordinating technicians and managing daily field operations.

\n

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

\n

• Experience with Microsoft Office and project documentation.

\n

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

\n

Qualifications

\n
• NFPA 70E

\n

• Familiarity with data center commissioning and turnover processes.

\n

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

\n

• BICSI certification or other low-voltage industry certifications .

\n
