\n  \n \n \n The Shuttle Driver provides shuttle bus services for employees and vendors at a major airport owned by a leading transportation, e-commerce, and logistics company. This position offers on-the-job training specific to the role. However, please note that we are not a CDL training facility and cannot provide CDL certification.\n \n \n

\n  \n \n \n Basic Qualifications:\n \n

\n
• Must be 21 years or older.

\n

• No diploma or degree required (High School, GED, or College).

\n

• Must have a valid CDL Class B or Class A with Passenger Endorsement — this is required to be considered.

\n

• 0–1 year of commercial driving experience is acceptable.

\n \n Responsibilities:\n \n

\n
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle to ensure safety.

\n

• Provide reliable transportation between designated pick-up and drop-off locations.

\n

• Safely load and unload passengers, offering assistance when needed.

\n

• Communicate clearly and professionally over airport- and FCC-regulated radio channels.

\n

• Maintain a clean and organized driver area.

\n

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times while on ABM and client property.

\n

• Follow emergency and evacuation procedures if needed.

\n

• Report any incidents, issues, or claims to your dispatcher or supervisor right away.

\n

• Practice safe and defensive driving at all times.

\n

• Follow all DOT, Indiana Traffic, Client, and ABM laws, rules, and regulations.
