ControlRecruit is a niche, high-end direct-hire recruitment agency specializing in Automation, Data Centers, Power Management/Supply, Engineering, MEP, Civil Engineering, and related technical markets.

Our customers include a mix of Fortune 500 corporations, contractors, and engineering firms.

We work as a team across Recruiters, Sales, Sourcers, and Lead Generators. While many recruitment firms rely heavily on cold calling, we focus more on pinpoint recruitment through targeted messaging that leads to warm conversations.

SCHEDULE:

In-office - Part-Time & Full-time schedule available

POSITION:

Recruitment Sourcer

Responsibilities may include:

• Matching and messaging candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Shadowing candidate and client communication via emails and calls
• Finding “gems” and highly specialized candidates on resume database sites such as ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and others
• Building targeted marketing lists in niche technical industries for the Sales team
• Formatting resumes and creating candidate marketing profiles

• Pay: $18.00–$27.00/hour, depending on experience and schedule
