Aztrum are pleased to announce that will be partnering with a forward thinking, industrial driven Architectural practice, based in Birmingham. My client is looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant to provide ongoing support and benefit to the Data Centre team. 

Key Responsibilities for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant role:

Support senior architects in the preparation of drawings, models, and presentations 
Assist with design development and feasibility studies 
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients 
Research materials, products, and construction techniques 
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards 
Contribute to design meetings and reviewsKey Requirements for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant role:

Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit experience. 
Data Centre / Site feasibility experience desired
