Partner - Project Management UK/EMEA - Data Centres

Job Description

We are partnering with a global professional services consultancy and recognised leader in the delivery of data centre projects across the UK and EMEA. With 12 offices in the UK, 120 offices worldwide and more than 4,200 professionals globally, the business advises hyperscale clients, colocation providers and specialist developers on some of the most complex and mission‑critical programmes in the built environment.

This is a Partner‑level leadership opportunity to lead and grow the Data Centre Project and Programme Management capability while spearheading the firm’s data centre market strategy. The role combines strategic leadership, senior client advisory and delivery oversight, with responsibility for shaping the future direction of a high‑performing specialist team.

The Partner will work across the full data centre lifecycle, from site acquisition and planning through design, construction, commissioning and handover, acting as a trusted advisor to major clients and providing senior leadership on large‑scale, technically complex programmes across the UK and EMEA.

The role requires a commercially astute leader with a strong background in project or programme management consultancy and a proven track record delivering complex construction or infrastructure programmes. You will bring credibility at board and C‑suite level, experience growing client relationships and revenue, and the ability to lead, develop and inspire teams. Direct data centre experience is highly desirable, particularly with hyperscale or colocation clients.
