Passive Fire Protection Manager \nWe're working with a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality work on commercial and data centre projects across London. Due to a growing pipeline of works, they're looking for an experienced Fire Stopping Manager to take ownership of passive fire protection across multiple sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarry out fire stopping, compartmentation, fire door, and cavity barrier surveys\nIdentify defects and produce scopes of remedial works\nAssist with pricing and small project delivery\nEnsure compliance with IFC / FIRAS standards\nManage site activities, permits, and reporting (Bolster or similar systems) \n\nLiaise with clients and teams, with occasional hands-on work \nAbout You:\n\nFIRAS or similar accredited in fire stopping\n\nSMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified\nClean driving licence\nStrong organisation and communication skills\nFlexible to travel and work out of hoursJob Details:\n\nStart Date: ASAP\nLocation: London & surrounding areas\nWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday + OT \n\nSalary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)\nBenefits:\n\nPrivate healthcare & Dental \n\n24 days holiday + bank holidays\nLength of service rewards\n\nLife insurance
