Performance Analyst – Join Our Team at FläktGroup UK

Hereford | Office Based

Are you looking for a hands-on 12-month where you can build real-world skills in data, reporting, and business performance?

At FläktGroup, we’re looking for someone to join our team as a Performance Assistant and gain exposure to how a global business tracks success across sales, service contracts, and operational performance. This is your chance to learn industry tools, work with live data, and contribute to meaningful business insights from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

Data & Reporting

  • Support the preparation and checking of data for reports and KPI dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy and flag any issues or inconsistencies

Systems & Business Tools

  • Learn to assist with maintaining and updating our systems such as CRM and other internal tools
  • Maintain shared folders and version-controlled reporting files.

Operational Support

  • Help set up and track basic sales and service orders
  • Upload contract documents and attach required information to CRM records.
  • Track order status and flag delays or missing inputs.

Learning & Development

  • Build skills in business systems, Excel, and data analysis
  • Gradually take ownership of reporting tasks as your confidence grows

What You Bring

  • Good general education including GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent)
  • Strong IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel and Word)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
