Senior Account Manager – Phoenix / SW Market
Enterprise & Commercial Select Focus | Top VAR | Remote
A nationally recognized and fast-growing technology solutions provider is actively hiring a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of and develop key accounts across the Phoenix and Southwest regions. Backed by elite partnerships with Cisco, Dell EMC, VMware, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google, this firm brings full-spectrum IT solutions to large commercial and enterprise clients across the U.S.

Remote Role when not in front of clients — candidates must reside in the metro Phoenix area for local client engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving net-new business and expanding wallet share across enterprise and commercial-select accounts
- Selling complex solutions across networking, data center, cloud, security, automation, and AI
- Working with engineering teams to scope, price, and deliver custom technical solutions
- Building strategic relationships with C-level and technical stakeholders
- Leveraging vendor/partner programs to increase margin and drive opportunities
- Executing account plans, territory strategies, and forecast pipelines in Salesforce
- Working closely with OEMs and distributors to maximize visibility, support, and rebate potential
What You Bring:
- Based in the Phoenix area (required)
- 7–10+ years of IT solutions sales experience in the enterprise or commercial-select space
- Proven ability to grow accounts, land new logos, and hit/exceed quota
- Deep familiarity with OEMs such as Cisco, EMC/Dell, VMware, Microsoft, Google, Amazon
- Experience selling Cisco solutions such as SD-WAN, networking, security, collaboration, mobility, etc.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and vendor teams
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to solve complex client problems
