Picker/Packer - 1st Shift

About the Role

We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in the production of precision metal server boxes used in data centers and IT infrastructure. We’re currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse and shipping team on first shift.

This is a full-time position with consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to be part of a hands-on, quality-driven production environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick components and parts for customer orders based on pick lists and work orders

• Carefully pack metal server box components for shipment to ensure they arrive damage-free

• Label, sort, and organize shipments accurately and efficiently

• Perform visual quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards before shipping

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping/receiving area

• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization as needed

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for most of the shift

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Basic computer or scanner knowledge is a plus
