Job Description

Role Overview:\nAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scheduler / Planner to join a digital infrastructure delivery team, working across sectors such as wireless & fixed line telecoms, defence telecoms and renewable / EV infrastructure.\n\nReporting to senior management, this role supports pre-construction and operational teams to develop detailed tender, pre-construction and construction phase programmes. The position has a strong pre-construction emphasis and requires someone capable of producing robust planning outputs to support bids and live project delivery.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Developing and maintaining tender and construction programmes using MS Project / Primavera\n\n * \n\n Resource loading, sequencing, critical path analysis and earned value support\n\n * \n\n Supporting bid teams to strengthen tender submissions\n\n * \n\n Liaison with cross-functional teams throughout delivery\n\n * \n\n Preparing reports, CVRs, monthly progress updates and presenting programme options\n\n * \n\n Supporting change management under NEC contracts\n\nAbout You:\n\n * \n\n Planning experience within design & build infrastructure\n\n * \n\n Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills\n\n * \n\n Commercial awareness and understanding of programme impact on cost, risk and strategy\n\n * \n\n Previous NEC experience required\n\n * \n\n Experience within telecoms / digital / defence / renewable infrastructure advantageous (not essential)\n\n * \n\n Security clearance (SC) or ability to obtain\n\nAdditional:\nThe business offers flexible working, career development support, professional membership support and long-term progression opportunities within digital and infrastructure growth markets
