Position Summary\n
\n A delivery-focused Project / PMO Management professional is required to support the Lead PM on a strategic, multi-site transformation programme for a global data centre operator. The programme focuses on standardising customer acquisition and exit processes across seven global sites, moving through solution design, live pilots, and a phased rollout towards a March 2027 completion target.\n
\n This role owns critical delivery workstreams—including planning, governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination—bringing structure, pace, and rigor while collaborating closely with commercial, legal, systems, and operational stakeholders.\n
Key Responsibilities\n

    \n
  • Workstream Ownership: Drive day-to-day delivery across assigned workstreams, taking responsibility for planning, governance, status reporting, and tracking inter-dependencies under the guidance of the Lead PM.
  • \n

  • Programme Governance & Controls: Implement and manage robust project controls, maintaining accurate RAID registers (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change logs, and milestone trackers.
  • \n

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central connective tissue between Commercial, Legal, Systems/IT, Site Operations, and Facilities Management teams.
  • \n

  • Process Design & Business Change: Facilitate process standardisation, supporting business change activities for customer onboarding and lease exit/offboarding procedures.
  • \n

  • Reporting & Quality Assurance: Produce high-standard reporting packs, dashboard updates, and process documentation for senior stakeholders and steering meetings.
  • \n

  • Pilot & Phased Rollout: Support site readiness, live pilot execution, feedback iteration, and progressive deployment across all seven target sites.

Essential Experience & Skills\n

  • Project/PMO Delivery: Proven background delivering multi-workstream projects or PMO functions within complex, structured environments.
  • \n

  • Governance & RAID Mastery: Strong discipline in planning, reporting, and active management of risk/issue registers and project trackers.
  • \n

  • Business Change: Hands-on experience in process design, workflow mapping, and business change execution.
  • \n

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional stakeholder coordination skills spanning operational, commercial, and technical disciplines.
  • \n

  • Methodology & Standards: Strong documentation skills with solid grounding in recognised methodologies (APM, PRINCE2, MSP).
  • \n

Desirable Criteria\n

  • Consultancy Background: Experience working within strategic, advisory, or management consultancy settings.
  • \n

  • Domain Expertise: Background in Data Centres, Critical Infrastructure, Real Estate, Commercial Property, or Facilities Management (FM).
  • \n

  • Systems Enablement: Familiarity with workflow systems or process-to-system rollouts (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce).
  • \n

  • Commercial Real Estate: Understanding of lease exit processes, dilapidations, or commercial property agreements.
  • \n

  • Multi-Site Deployment: Experience managing international, multi-site, or regional rollouts.
  • \n

  • Certifications: APM / PRINCE2 practitioner certification, or working towards Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status.
