Mon – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm

About the Role
We are currently seeking skilled and experienced POD Builders.
This role is ideal for individuals with recent hands-on experience in POD construction, modular assembly, or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble and construct modular POD units in line with technical specifications

* Interpret and work from engineering drawings and build instructions

* Install internal components including fixtures, fittings, and basic wiring where required

* Work collaboratively in pairs or small teams to meet production targets

* Ensure all builds meet quality, safety, and compliance standards

* Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Requirements

* Proven, recent experience in POD building, modular construction, or similar roles

* Ability to meet and exceed build targets within set timeframes

* Experience working in team-based production environments (typically in pairs)

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Flexible to work across different project locations if required

Desirable Skills

* Background in construction, manufacturing, or data centre builds

* Experience with electrical or mechanical installation within PODs

* Previous experience working to strict KPIs or output targets

Performance Expectations

* Demonstrated ability to achieve POD build targets (e.g. units completed per pair per day/week)

* Consistent delivery within project timelines and quality standards

The ideal candidate Must have:

* Valid CSCS card

* Excellent timekeeping and attendance

* Be able to provide two working references

* Work well as part of a team and use own initiative
