If so, Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Precision CNC Milling & Turning Specialist for a growing custom shop in the Capital Region. You’ll own setups, machining, troubleshooting, and programming on Mazak equipment that supports power , infrastructure, defense, and data center projects.

What you’ll work on

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC machining centers
• Program and edit directly at the machine
• Produce custom, short-run precision components
• Machine stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, Inconel, and specialty metals
• Read blueprints/technical drawings and verify features with precision tools
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues
• Keep a clean, safe workstation and collaborate to solve challenges

What you bring

• CNC machining experience required
• Strong setup experience ()
• Familiarity with Mazak ()
• Multi-axis or 5-axis experience ()
• Blueprint literacy and skilled use of precision measuring instruments
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting ability
• Job shop experience ()
• Consistent work history and team

Compensation & benefits

• Pay: $24.00 – $34.00+ per hour (based on experience)
