3 days a week on-site in Manchester

Are you a motivated and proactive Presales Consultant looking to join a fast-growing team?

We're recruiting for a Technical Presales Consultant where you will collaborate with sales and technical teams to shape tailored solutions based on client needs.

As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Lead technical discover sessions and workshops to understand customer challenges and requirements
Help design and propose solutions that align with business objectives
Support with pre-sales tasks including proposal development, RFP responses etc.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment
Contribute to ongoing improvement of pre-sales practices
Build strong relationships with customers, offering guidance and best practices

Technical Requirements:

Broad understanding of IT services including Cloud, Data Centre, Cyber Security, and Data Protection
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role with proven ability to conduct technical discovery calls
Proven ability to connect technical solutions with business challenges
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
