The Role

As Design Manager, you will:

Lead the design and coordination of MEP systems across large-scale data centre projects.

Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence, compliance, and timely delivery.

Act as the key client interface, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Oversee project workflows, reviews, and approvals to the highest technical standards.

Support business growth by contributing to bids, proposals, and strategic initiatives.

About You

Strong background in electrical or mechanical building services engineering.

Proven experience at Principal or Associate Engineer level within building services.

Prior exposure to data centre projects is essential.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Chartered (or working towards) status is .
