Principal Engineer - Signal Integrity (AWS Hardware Engineering) Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team, focusing on signal integrity challenges in our next- server platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of hardware, software, and cloud computing, solving complex technical challenges that impact millions of AWS servers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical initiatives to resolve signal integrity challenges across PCIe Gen6 implementations and system management interfaces
- Drive architectural decisions for high-speed interconnects in AWS's GenAI server platforms
- Collaborate with silicon vendors to resolve complex multi-vendor integration challenges
- Develop and implement comprehensive validation methodologies for both high-speed and low-speed interfaces
- Provide technical leadership in solving critical signal integrity issues affecting server stability and performance
