Principal Platform & Engineer (Hands‑On, Hybrid Architect Role)
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £90,000 + bonus + benefits

The Role

What You’ll Work On
- Own & evolve enterprise + infrastructure strategy
- Design, build & operate the next‑gen platform
- Drive IaC & automation (Terraform, Ansible, GitLab)
- Partner with Security & Architecture
- Act as senior technical authority during incidents
- Support shift to modern “as‑a‑service” models
What You Bring
(priority):
Entra ID, AD, Azure SSO, Conditional Access, App Registrations, One AR, JIT/ZTNA, ideally zScaler
Infra & Platform:
VMware (VCF), Linux, Microsoft stack, data centre fundamentals, networking
Automation:
Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD
Plus strong communication, stakeholder influence, and the ability to think in platforms, not tickets.
