Principal, Program Management, AWS Applied AI Solutions
Our People Experience & Technology (PXT) leaders are at the forefront of our business’ path to delivering AI Solutions to customers and key partners and advisors to their leaders. We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to support work driven across the Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) PXT function, to enable focus on people experience and operational excellence. The PM in this role will partner with HRBPs, leaders, and cross functional partner teams to achieve org-wide strategies and initiatives, leaning into their strengths of change management, cyclical execution, and building and iterating scalable mechanisms.

Key job responsibilities
Design and implement scalable organizational mechanisms that support business growth while maintaining operational excellence
Partner with PXT team members and business leadership to create and execute key people initiatives across multiple geographies
Lead multiple high-impact programs that reduce operational friction and increase speed-to-execution across the org
Build metrics-driven frameworks to measure and improve organizational effectiveness
Drive major cross-functional initiatives to strengthen connections between teams and key Amazon partners
Create and maintain comprehensive operational tools, playbooks, and artifacts for standardized processes
