The Role: Split your focus between core SCADA/RTAC development (60%) and system optimization, municipal support, and analytics (40%).\n

  • Core Focus: SCADA/EMS displays, database points, and Smart Grid IED integration (SEL relays/RTACs, Cooper, Schneider).

    • \n

  • Systems & Data: Red Hat Linux admin, server virtualization, and Oracle/PostgreSQL time-series query optimization.

    • \n

  • Special Projects: Help with a SCADA platform migration and set standards for large-load data center connections.

    • \n

  • On-Call: 1-in-4 week paid rotation

    • \n

Target Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • 10+ years of progressive experience building, maintaining, and commissioning SCADA system displays and database points (highly prefer electric utility experience)

    • \n

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

    • \n

  • Bonus / : SEL RTAC programming, Red Hat Linux administration, and virtualized server environments.

    • \n
