Private Equity Associate - Infrastructure - Summer 2026 Start

Job Description

We are partnering with a global infrastructure private equity platform that is hiring an Associate for a Summer 2026 start. The firm invests across core and core-plus infrastructure, digital infrastructure, transportation, utilities, environmental services, and energy transition assets, with a focus on long-term, sustainable value creation.

As an Associate, you’ll gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle - supporting sourcing, diligence, financial modeling, execution, and portfolio value creation - while working with a lean team in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full investment process, including financial modeling, industry research, and transaction diligence
• Assist in preparing investment committee materials and internal recommendations
• Collaborate with deal teams on execution across core and core-plus infrastructure sectors
• Work with portfolio company management teams on strategic initiatives and value creation efforts

Ideal Background:

• 1-3 years of investment banking experience, ideally within infrastructure, industrials, power & utilities, or related sectors
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail and professionalism
• Team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in infrastructure, real assets, and long-term investing
