About the Role
As Procurement Manager, you’ll lead the full procurement lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and supplier evaluation to contract negotiation and performance management. You’ll ensure every purchase and partnership delivers optimal value, aligns with business objectives, and supports expansion across multiple international markets.
This position blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, driving cost competitiveness, compliance, and supplier excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all procurement activities in alignment with company goals, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Lead cost-effective sourcing of goods and services, ensuring value, quality, and reliability.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and benchmarking to inform procurement decisions.
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that drive savings and mitigate risk.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure sustainable, competitive agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring service levels and contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain adherence to all relevant procurement laws and internal governance.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, pricing shifts, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support project timelines and budgets.
- Manage supplier invoices, payments, and the complete source-to-pay process.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in direct and indirect procurement, ideally within construction, data centre, or building maintenance/operations environments.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing procurement strategies that deliver measurable commercial value.
