Seeking a Procurement Specialist to support ongoing construction activities in Chandler. The primary goal is to help the team move efficiently through a large volume of procurement work over the next five to six months, with potential for the role to extend longer.

Procurement experience with large complex industrial construction projects such as: Intel or other Data Center, Semiconductor, or Manufacturing Facilities.

Key Procurement Responsibilities:
• Liaise with DMs, PMs, CMs, and commissioning teams to confirm equipment needs
• Verify backup documentation and Intel procurement direction
• Identify risk log status, startup needs, and freight requirements
• Confirm equipment specifications, data sheets, and acceptable manufacturers
• Understand and coordinate bid packages and SSJs (Sole Source Justifications) as needed
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, CDEs, and submittals
• Present cost and lead time data to the client and review CDEs for closeout
• Track submittals and ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure Quickbase entries are accurate and current
• Review submittals and provide timely feedback to the project team
• Facilitate information gathering from vendors to support design and client needs
• Review and coordinate impacts from owner notices (stop or hold work directives)
• Maintain awareness of change status and upcoming impacts
• Lead weekly procurement meetings with the client
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with vendors as needed
• Provide schedule input related to lead times and submittals

This position will be focused on procurement functions and does not require any commissioning (Cx) experience.

This position requires someone highly organized, detail oriented, and experienced in fast-paced procurement environments. Intel experience is strongly to allow the candidate to hit the ground running and support the team immediately.
