About the Role:
The Product Manager will lead strategy, product development, roadmap, and lifecycle management for our panelboards, remote power panels (RPPs), and power distribution units (PDUs). This role is central to delivering innovative, reliable, and cost-effective power distribution solutions across mission-critical applications such as data centers.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for panelboards, remote power panels (RPPs), and power distribution units (PDUs).
- Analyze costs, optimize margins, manage pricing guides, and support competitive pricing strategies.
Development & Launch
- Lead product development efforts, ensuring timely and successful launches. Support sales enablement and marketing initiatives.
Technical Insight and Expertise
- Maintain a deep understanding of electrical distribution systems, applicable industry standards (e.g., UL, NEC, IEC), and emerging technologies in power management.
Customer & Market Insight
- Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements related to panelboards, remote power panels (RPPs), and power distribution units (PDUs). Translate those requirements into clear and concise product specifications.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Drive issue resolution and product improvements through cross-functional collaboration and deep technical understanding.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management or relevant experience in electrical or power distribution equipment.
- Strong working knowledge of panelboards, RPPs, PDUs, or similar low-voltage power distribution products.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer needs into product features.
- Analytical skills for market research and data-driven decision-making.
- Project management experience leading product development and launch activities.
- Familiarity with UL, NEC, IEC, or similar regulatory and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
