We operate in a rapidly growing market of high strategic relevance and combine technological excellence with an open, pragmatic corporate culture. \n Support our Product Department with your experience as a Product Manager in a full-time position (40 hours per week), and own the success of our key premium product. The reporting line is to the Department Lead Product Management & Architecture.

\n As a Product Manager, you define the what and why of product development, grounded in real customer problems and clear business outcomes. You work with a dedicated team of ~15 engineers, enabling them to build the right solutions by providing clarity, focus, and direction. \n This role follows a market-driven, pragmatic approach: understanding customer needs, prioritizing the highest-value opportunities, and aligning the organization around delivering products people actually want.

\n \n Your mission \n \n \n Define and drive the platform vision, strategy, and positioning \n Identify, validate, and prioritize customer and market problems \n Own and evolve the product roadmap with a clear focus on outcomes \n Ensure value-based prioritization of the product backlog \n Take end-to-end responsibility for product success and business impact \n Implementation of the AI strategy within the platform \n Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Management, Architecture, Marketing and Sales \n Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure market success \n \n \n \n What you offer<
