THE JOB
The Profit Center Manager will run all aspects of the Sparks branch — overseeing sales, operations, finance, and vendor relationships — with full P&L responsibility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to own their results and build market share in one of the country’s fastest-growing construction markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a 15-person team across sales, warehouse, and operations
- Manage P&L, budgeting, inventory, and vendor relations
- Build and maintain relationships with key commercial and data center contractors
- Drive growth, profitability, and team development
- Represent the company locally as the primary market leader
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in electrical distribution, industrial sales, or construction supply
- Experience managing P&L or branch operations
- Strong relationships with commercial or data center contractors in Northern Nevada
- Proven leadership of small to mid-sized teams
- Entrepreneurial, ethical, and people-first management style
- Financially savvy with strong business judgment
