Job Description
We’re looking for a Project Controls Schedule Lead to support data center projects across Iowa and Nebraska. This is a temporary role providing coverage while a team member is on leave.
\nWhat You’ll Do\n

Review and manage GC schedule submissions (1,000+ line items).
\n
- \n
Maintain and update project schedules in Primavera P6.
\n
- \n
Deliver clear, accurate biweekly and monthly reports.
\n
- \n
Provide oversight on schedules, risks, impacts, and cost controls.
\n
- \n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive day-to-day scheduling.
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nWhat We’re Looking For\n
- \n
- \n
5–10 years of project controls/scheduling experience.
\n
- \n
Background in data centers ; also open to industrial, oil & gas, pharma, or high-tech construction.
\n
- \n
Expertise in Primavera P6 and strong data management skills.
\n
- \n
Ability to tell the story behind the data and influence stakeholders.
\n
- \n
Knowledge of cost controls and commercial acumen.
\n
- \n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
\n
\n
\n

\n
\n
\nTools You’ll Use\n

Primavera P6 (primary tool)
\n
- \n
E-Builder, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AO Docs, Looker Studio, BigQuery
\n
- \n
Familiarity with Procore is a plus
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nRequirements\n

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
\n
- \n
Must relocate to Omaha, NE (at own expense). Hybrid role, with 3+ days onsite per week.
\n
- \n
Remote start may be possible for exceptional candidates, but relocation before project start is strongly .
