Our client is looking for a proven data center leader who can take ownership of complex electrical and instrumentation programs—from preconstruction and long-lead equipment through energization, commissioning, integrated systems testing, and turnover.

\n
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands that a schedule is only as strong as its system ownership, procurement plan, field execution, safety discipline, and ability to solve problems before they become delays.

\n
You will lead multiple project teams or major campus work packages while owning safety, schedule, cost, margin, quality, commissioning readiness, and client confidence. You’ll work with owners, trade partners, commissioning teams, OEMs, engineers, and executive leadership to deliver reliable, fast-track data center infrastructure.

We want to talk with Program Managers who bring:

- \n
- 5+ years of direct data center construction experience
- Strong electrical infrastructure knowledge: MV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, busway, grounding, and controls
- Hands-on leadership through energization, LOTO, switching, testing, commissioning, and turnover
- Proven control of cost, schedule, labor forecasting, procurement, change management, and risk
- The presence to lead difficult conversations, drive recovery plans, and build strong project teams
