Compensation: $150,000 + Bonus

Our client is a rapidly growing developer and operator of industrial-scale data center infrastructure supporting high-density compute environments, including AI and advanced performance computing workloads. They are expanding their footprint through mission-critical facility development, construction, and operational programs.

Position Summary

The Program Manager will lead and oversee multi-site infrastructure programs, supporting development, expansion, and operational initiatives. This individual will manage program governance, vendor coordination, capital budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

This is a hands-on, owner-side program leadership role that focuses on construction and infrastructure delivery, vendor oversight, and operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead multiple concurrent data center and mission-critical infrastructure programs
  • Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and execution standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, construction, operations, finance, and procurement
  • Track schedule performance, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Align program execution with strategic infrastructure objectives

Contract Management & Vendor Oversight

  • Support full contract lifecycle including SOW development, renewals, and change management
  • Lead RFP processes in partnership with procurement, legal, and technical teams
  • Manage vendor performance, deliverables, and contractual milestones
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews with key partners

Financial Planning & Capital Oversight

  • Support annual and multi-year budgets for infrastructure programs
  • Monitor capital spend, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
  • Deliver variance analysis and corrective action recommendations
  • Partner with finance on accruals, cost controls, and forecasting

Compliance & Program Governance

  • Ensure programs meet regulatory, contractual, and internal compliance requirements
  • Support audits, program reviews, and governance reporting
  • Maintain standardized documentation and program management methodologies
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting

    • Provide executive-level updates on schedule, risk, financial performance, and program status
    • Lead steering committees and cross-functional program reviews
    • Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Required Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)

    • 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure, capital projects, or mission-critical programs, preferably within data center, industrial, or large-scale technical environments
    • Demonstrated experience overseeing vendor-delivered projects, construction programs, or facility infrastructure initiatives
    • Experience supporting budget planning, capital forecasting, and financial performance tracking for infrastructure programs
    • Experience managing contracts, RFP processes, and multi-vendor program delivery
    • Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and project delivery methodologies in infrastructure or technical environments
    • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, operations, procurement, and finance

    Qualifications

    • Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or industrial infrastructure programs
    • Experience in owner’s representative, developer, EPC, or construction program environments
    • Exposure to facility commissioning, capacity expansion, or campus infrastructure deployments
    • PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification
    • Experience working within high-growth or capital-intensive infrastructure organizations
    • Experience supporting construction delivery or capital infrastructure deployment strongly
