About the Opportunity\n
\nOur client is a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering complex infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and digital transformation programmes to enterprise and financial services customers across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of high-value, multi-workstream technology programmes.\n
\nThis is a strategic leadership role for a commercially astute programme professional who thrives in customer-facing environments and has a proven track record of delivering complex technology and transformation initiatives within managed services, systems integration, or enterprise IT environments.\n

The Role\n
\nAs Programme Manager, you will take ownership of large-scale client programmes, ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects, stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams. You will be responsible for governance, financial management, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction while driving measurable business outcomes.\n
\nWorking closely with executive stakeholders, PMO teams, technical architects, and delivery leads, you will ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to customer objectives.\n
Key Responsibilities\n

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology and transformation programmes
- Manage multiple interdependent projects simultaneously across diverse technology domains
- Define programme scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria with clients and senior stakeholders
- Develop and manage programme budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and delivery schedules
- Establish programme governance, reporting frameworks, and executive steering committees
- Identify and proactively manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls
- Coordinate internal technical teams, third-party vendors, and customer stakeholders
- Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement at all organisational levels
- Ensure delivery excellence, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and delivery best practices across the PMO
- Mentor Project Managers and contribute to the development of delivery capability within the business

About You\n
\nYou'll be an experienced Programme Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage large-scale technology programmes in complex customer environments.\n
Essential Experience\n
\n

- 8-10+ years of project and programme management experience
- At least 5 years operating at Programme Manager level
- Experience delivering technology transformation programmes valued at £1m+
- Strong background within Managed Services, IT Services, Systems Integration, Consulting, or Enterprise Technology environments
- Experience delivering infrastructure and technology projects across:\n

- Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and external suppliers
- Strong financial management and programme governance experience
- Proven ability to work within matrix and global delivery organisations
- Experience delivering programmes using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
