As we expand into new data center builds, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Office Administrator to support both day-to-day office operations and front-end project development.\n\nThe Project Administrative Assistant supports daily operations for a large‑scale data center construction project. This role works closely with the Project Coordinator and site leadership to keep documentation, communication, and workflow running smoothly in a fast‑paced, high‑security environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role plays a dual role supporting general office operations while contributing to the planning and execution of a new data center project. This individual will help ensure smooth internal processes, coordinate administrative functions, and assist in documenting and standardizing procedures critical to project success.\nThis is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building structure, and is comfortable working across both administrative and project-focused responsibilities.

Assist with front-end planning for a new data center project\nDocument processes, workflows, and stan\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOffice Administration\n\nManage daily office operations including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, coordination, tracking)\nMaintain accurate records, files, and internal documentation\nCoordinate communication across teams and departments\nAssist with procurement, office supplies, and vendor coordination\nProvide administrative support to leadership and project teams\n\nProject Support – Data Center Build\n\nAssist with front-end planning for a new data center project\nDocument processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)\nSupport development of project documentation, templates, and tracking tools\nHelp organize and maintain project files, reports, and deliverables\nCoordinate project meetings, capture notes, and track action items\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure alignment\n\nProcess Development & Improvement\n\nIdentify gaps in workflows and recommend process improvements\nStandardize administrative and project-related procedures\nCreate clear, user-friendly documentation for internal use\nSupport implementation of new systems, tools, or best practices\n\nInterest in growing into a project coordinator or project management roleStrong communcation, schedule will be 40 hours per week. 7:00 to 3:00 or 8 to 4.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
