Job Title\n\nProject Architect\n\nSalary\n\n£45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience\n\nLocation\n\nHolborn, London\n\nJob Type\n\nPermanent\n\nOverview of the Role\n\nProject Architect job in Holborn with an established architectural practice delivering residential, commercial, mixed-use, student accommodation and data centre projects. Working across all RIBA stages, you will support project delivery, technical coordination and design development within a collaborative studio environment.\n\nPractice & Project Information\n\nThe practice delivers projects across the UK and Ireland, supported by an international network. The London studio offers a collaborative, delivery-focused environment with opportunities to work on a varied portfolio while benefiting from hybrid working, structured CPD and clear career progression.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDeliver projects across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion\nProduce planning and construction drawings using Revit\nCoordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery\nApply UK building regulations, specifications and construction methods\nAssist with project programmes, budgets, scope and quality standards\nContribute to design reviews and support the growth of the London studio\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n\nARB and RIBA registered with at least 3 years post-Part III experience\nAdvanced Revit skills, demonstrable at interview stage\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign\nStrong knowledge of UK building regulations, detailing and technical documentation\nAbility to manage projects or work packages independently and collaboratively\nNBS Chorus experience and an interest in data centre projects are advantageous\n\nBenefits and Package\n\nHybrid working model, clear career progression opportunities, 25 days' annual leave, structured CPD programme and ongoing professional development.\n\nAbout Hunter Dunning\n\nHunter Dunning is a specialist property and built environment recruitment consultancy established in 2004, focused on quality and long-term partnerships in the UK and Ireland property and construction market.
