Project Architect for Data Centre Projects

Are you a technically strong Project Architect with proven data centre experience and excellent Revit skills, looking to join a design led team with a global footprint? You will join a close knit team working on large scale data centres and mission critical facilities, often integrated with complex workplace environments. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of significant packages, contribute to project strategy, and influence how cutting edge projects are designed, documented and delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical and delivery stages of data centre and mission critical projects
  • Coordinate and produce detailed Revit models and drawing packages
  • Manage consultant coordination and clash resolution with engineering teams
  • Support concept and developed design with robust technical input
  • Attend client and design team meetings, presenting clearly and confidently
  • Oversee documentation through planning, tender and construction stages
  • Support site inspections, RFIs and technical queries during construction
  • Mentor more junior team members in best practice BIM and detailing

Skills:

  • Qualified Architect with at least 2 years post Part III experience
  • Demonstrable data centre or mission critical project experience
  • Advanced Revit capability within a BIM led environment
  • Confident working through all RIBA stages, particularly technical and delivery
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and technical standards
  • Clear communicator, collaborative mindset, and calm under pressure
  • Interest in sustainable design and performance driven architecture
  • The right to live and work in the UK
