I'm looking for experienced Project Controls professionals with a strong focus on Planning & Scheduling to join a growing team in a leading consultancy based in Manchester. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Data Centre developments, supporting major programmes for leading hyperscale clients across the UK.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6\nLead planning and scheduling activities across multiple project phases\nMonitor progress, analyse performance, and identify risks and delays\nWork closely with project managers, contractors, and client teams to ensure alignment with programme objectives\nProduce clear and accurate reports on timelines, milestones, and critical paths\nSupport decision-making through data-driven insights and schedule analysisRequirements:\n\nProven experience in Project Controls with a focus on Planning & Scheduling\nStrong working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6\nExperience working on Data Centre construction projects, ideally with hyperscale clients\nBackground in major capital real estate or infrastructure projects within the UK\nAbility and willingness to travel across the UK as requiredDesirable Skills:\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesWhat's on Offer:\n\nOpportunity to work on high-profile data centre projects with leading global clients\nCompetitive salary and benefits package\nClear career progression pathways\nA collaborative and forward-thinking working environmentIf you're an experienced Planner looking to work at the forefront of data centre delivery, I'd love to hear from you.\n\nThe salaries on offer range from £40,000 to £100,000 plus an excellent benefits package and are all hybrid-working of 3x days per week on-site
