The Client

Datacenter People is working with a leading global provider of building commissioning and operational risk management services, supporting mission-critical projects across the data center industry.

What the Job Involves…

  • Supports the Program Director in delivering complex commissioning projects across all phases (Levels 1–5).
  • Assists in project planning, staffing, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develops and manages project budgets, forecasting costs, tracking expenditures, and identifying variances.
  • Creates and maintains project schedules and milestone plans, coordinating across client, design, and construction teams.
  • Manages document control processes, ensuring all project documentation is accurate, current, and properly stored.
  • Coordinates with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with scope of work (SOW) and contractual requirements.
  • Supports resource planning and conflict resolution across multiple concurrent project activities.
  • Assists with commissioning reports, as-built documentation, and final handover deliverables.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

We’re Looking for Someone Who…

  • Has experience in data center commissioning, project coordination, or project management.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (), or equivalent experience.
  • Is experienced in managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Has familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software, and financial systems.
  • Is comfortable working in both office and on-site environments, including live construction settings.
  • Is willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
