The Opportunity
You will manage the complete lifecycle of project cost tracking, contract compliance, and vendor documentation across a high-stakes construction services portfolio. This role grants you the administrative autonomy to engineer rigorous risk management frameworks and dictate tracking precision for multi-million dollar projects. You will directly impact corporate liquidity and profit margins by eliminating compliance gaps and accelerating pay application cycles.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Set up, audit, and maintain complex subcontract records to ensure seamless financial transparency.
- Track committed project costs against master budgets while cataloging contract changes and supporting proof.
- Evaluate vendor Certificates of Insurance, technical endorsements, and corporate liability coverage alignments rigorously.
- Administer critical lien waivers, conditional releases, and preliminary legal notices to protect financial interest.
- Audit multi-tier subcontractor progress pay applications against completed field milestones and executed contract terms.
- Drive document control protocols within enterprise software suites to preserve historical project integrity.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between operations, centralized accounting, and external commercial vendors.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven technical experience in commercial project coordination, construction finance, or subcontract administration.
- Solid structural understanding of job cost accounting principles, phase coding, and project billing lifecycles.
- Complete personal proficiency utilizing mainstream construction management systems and digital document design markup tools.
- Advanced organizational focus necessary to monitor and process massive data volumes across concurrent schedules.
- Meticulous attention to detail paired with a proactive approach to meeting rigid accounting deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate's Degree or higher coursework in Construction Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Prior hands-on experience navigating complex certified payrolls, union labor requirements, or government contracts.
- Comprehensive technical mastery operating directly within the Procore project management software platform.
