Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support active data center projects from our DFW office. This role will manage documentation, subcontractor communication, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Maintain organized project files and tracking logs
  • Coordinate subcontractor paperwork and compliance documents
  • Assist with scheduling updates and reporting
  • Support project managers and field teams

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial construction coordination experience
  • Prior data center project exposure (REQUIRED)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
