Permanent Project Engineer

Frankfurt

We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Project Engineer to join a market leader within Data Centre Sector! This role sits at the heart of the design, construction, and commissioning of mission-critical data centre projects — working closely with the Engineering Director and wider delivery teams to ensure complex MEP systems are designed and executed to the highest standards.

• Working with the Engineering Director, Construction Director, Commercial Managers and Commissioning Agents to ensure consistent approach to the MEP design, delivery and commissioning lifecycle.
• Engage with the Engineering Director, Construction Director and Commercial Managers throughout the General Contractor tender and procurement process
• Review designers and contractor drawings with contract requirements
• Attend and lead meetings with General Contractor, Designers, team members etc
• Contribute to the Project Reports and attend Project Meetings
• Check ongoing installations for compliance with contract requirements
• Work with commissioning managers to ensure the commissioning scope for each project meets the customers requirements
• Take part in formal Quality Audits of completed projects
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering Solutions, Project development to ensure the customer commitments are translated into engineering design for tender and procurement.

Suitable candidates will have a Degree in M/E Engineering and relevant experience in design, delivery, commissioning of large and complex projects. A strong understanding of construction and development, contract management, planning and scheduling. Previous data centre experience is .
