$65,000 – $85,000 Base Salary + Annual Incentive Program

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically driven Project Engineer to support the execution and delivery of modular data centers, power modules, and critical infrastructure projects. This role works closely with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to help ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key operational and technical support resource, helping bridge the gap between engineering design, manufacturing, and field execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution activities
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with contract administration
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers
  • Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with project budgeting, billing documentation, and reporting updates

Technical & Administrative Support

  • Create and maintain RFIs, submittal logs, risk registers, and project tracking documentation
  • Manage submittal workflows and track approvals and revisions
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and models
  • Support change order preparation, including scope clarifications and cost documentation
  • Monitor material deliveries and communicate schedule impacts when necessary

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and production teams
  • Help coordinate permitting and licensing documentation
  • Support alignment between design requirements and production readiness
  • Participate in coordination meetings and track action items and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience supporting modular data center, power module, or electrical infrastructure projects
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and construction materials related to modular systems
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is a plus
  • Knowledge of engineering submittal processes and project documentation workflows
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven manufacturing or construction environment
