Project Estimator

We’re hiring a Mechanical Estimator to support large-scale data center construction projects. This role will focus on estimating mechanical scopes for data center builds.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical scopes (HVAC, piping, etc.)
• Analyze drawings, specs, and bid documents
• Develop takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities
• Support bid submissions and client presentations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of estimating experience in construction
• Data center or mission-critical project experience required
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and installation methods
• Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specs
