If you’re ready to take on exciting challenges and make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Project Execution: Manage a portfolio of projects ranging from £500,000 to £6 million across sectors including data centres, healthcare, utilities, renewables, and industrial end users.\n\n * Scope of Work: Oversee medium and low voltage projects, ensuring seamless execution.\n\n * Team Leadership: Indirectly manage on-site resources and subcontractors, ensuring smooth collaboration for successful project execution.\n\n * Liaison: Coordinate with Schneider factories and suppliers for project success.\n\n * Health & Safety: Oversee all health and safety protocols on-site.\n\n * Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.\n\nTravel & Logistics:\n\n * UK-Wide Travel: Frequent travel to customer sites (up to 60% of your time), with occasional European travel for factory acceptance tests.\n\n * Work-Life Balance: We strive to keep travel as local as possible to support a healthy work-life balance, though occasional overnight stays may be required.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Experience: Previous project management experience in sectors such as data centres, healthcare, utilities, renewables, or industrial environments.\n\n * Qualifications: Minimum HNC in electrical engineering, with PMI or Prince2 certification .\n\n * Skills: Strong financial management skills and the ability to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders.\n\nWhat we offer you:\n\nCompetitive salary & Bonus Scheme, 28 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays, Pension Scheme, Employee Share Ownership Programme, Various Health & Wellbeing Support Options, Gym Flex, Open Talent Market (internal mobility opportunities + access to mentors & projects globally), Shopping & Dining Discounts, Learning Portal and much more
