Project Executive

Job Description

Opportunity for an experienced SPM wanting to take the next step, or an experienced PX to join the largest builder of mission critical projects. Project sizes are between $500M to $2B.

Responsibilities:

• Ultimate responsibility for the ground up construction of large data centers
• Oversight of all project planning contract negotiations, buyout, budget and project schedule
• Management of Senior PMs and all supporting staff pertaining to this project
• Reporting on project progress for leadership team

Qualifications:

• Experience as a SPM or PX on large ground up data center projects in excess of $500M
• Procore certified or equivalent experience using Procore
• Strong leadership skills and proven history in managing large teams
• Be based in Boardman or happy to travel
