The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Project Executive to lead a transformative multi-billion dollar data center project, overseeing all phases from preconstruction to closeout. As General Contractor, Developer, and Owner’s Representative, this firm is driving a mission-critical ground-up build that demands precision, innovation, and leadership. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of a tech-driven, high-stakes project. What You'll Do

Project & Construction Management

  • Own end-to-end project delivery, from preconstruction planning through commissioning and closeout.
  • Develop and manage schedules, budgets, scopes, and logistics for the data center build.
  • Interpret and implement owner contract requirements, aligning with design teams, supers, and subs.
  • Lead preconstruction meetings, subcontractor buyout, and scope development.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, design documents, punch lists, and building startup processes.
  • Collaborate with field and office teams to drive progress and resolve complex issues.

Financial Oversight

  • Monitor budgets, cash flow, and forecasting for the multi-billion dollar project.
  • Review and approve subcontractor and owner pay applications; manage cost-to-complete updates.
  • Develop and track Owner Change Orders (OCOs) and Subcontractor Change Orders (SCOs).
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and change management in construction management software.

Client & Team Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, developers, and stakeholders, leading weekly updates and on-site meetings.
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients, subs, and project teams.
  • Mentor Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and field staff, fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Operational Excellence

  • Champion safety, quality, and scheduling across all project phases, ensuring compliance with codes, permits, and insurance.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, including supply chain, tech integration, and environmental challenges.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in systems like Procore or CMiC, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Oversee data center-specific elements like MEP systems, raised flooring, and sustainability features.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years managing large-scale industrial/commercial projects ($100M+), with data center or mission-critical facility experience .
  • Strong expertise in construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving for complex, tech-heavy builds.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset; experience mentoring diverse teams.
  • Proficient in project management software (Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam, MS Project) and data center standards (e.g., Uptime Institute tiers).
