About the Opportunity

TradeWise is actively seeking an experienced Project Leader to support large-scale electrical and mission-critical infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a field-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and can manage both project operations and team performance from pre-construction through closeout.

You’ll play a key role in driving execution, overseeing project teams, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical construction projects from kickoff to completion
• Supervise Project Managers and field leadership across active job sites
• Maintain full operational and administrative control of assigned projects
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client standards
• Track project progress, risks, and deliverables
• Support staffing plans, workforce performance, and production goals
• Interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership
• Drive problem-solving and decision-making in the field

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction or mission-critical environments
• Prior experience leading complex commercial or industrial projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Project Managers or teams
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, and cost management
• Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or large electrical scopes
