Mechanical Project Manager – Data Centres | London / M25

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team and oversee mechanical installation works on data centre projects across London and the M25. This is a permanent position offering up to £70,000, with immediate start opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical installation packages on data centre projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and programmes
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations
• Lead site meetings and provide project updates to clients and senior management
• Maintain quality standards and ensure installations meet specifications

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
• Background in mechanical / M&E installations
• Experience working on data centres or large-scale commercial projects (desirable)
• SMSTS / CSCS
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Location: London / M25 projects

Salary: Up to £70,000 per year
