Job Title: Project Manager - Structural and Miscellaneous Steel Fabricator

Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 + Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join an expanding structural steel firm. You will manage 10–12 projects simultaneously, reporting directly to the President, and serving as the key link between clients, detailing, fabrication, and field erection teams.

• Manage structural and miscellaneous steel projects from award to completion
• Serve as primary client contact ensuring satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with detailing, fabrication, and field teams for seamless execution
• Utilize Tekla, Bluebeam, and Viewpoint to track progress and budgets
• Problem-solve and keep projects moving forward
