Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex builds from pre-construction through completion, working alongside top-tier clients and project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: scheduling, budgeting, and execution of large-scale data center builds
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance across all phases of construction

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale construction or data center projects
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership experience managing teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
